RAF Bomber Command, 115 Squadron at Witchford, near Ely

Johnny - Peardon, Johnston’s mid-upper gunner

Tea - Light meal in the late afternoon or evening
July 25, 1944 (Tuesday)

Johnny came in about two and said we weren’t on so I went up and checked on it then had tea, came back to barracks and laid down. Didn’t do too much of anything actually.

The boys have the same petrol load as last night and took off at the same time so I guess it’s another “long ’un”.
